This is a strictly telehealth platform that allows us more flexibility to incorporate therapy into your medication management visits. We will plan to see each other one to four times per month depending on need.

Then email amanda@indianatelepsychnp.com and let me know your gender assigned at birth and birthday. I then can order your test code. Once I receive that from the company, I will email you the code and further instructions. Once completed, we then will set up an appointment time (included in cost) that is good for you.
